It has its own regulations specifying compliance with strict health economics criteria, with the aim of guaranteeing that only safe, effective, cost-effective and proven supplies with scientific evidence are integrated into the CNIS.<\/p><p>\u201cThrough a digital platform, it is intended to create a friendly system to make the process transparent; provide greater security in the flow of information; but, above all, it will speed up and facilitate the consultation processes\u201d, explained Dr. Cesar Cruz Santiago, who also works as director of Scientific and Technical Evaluation at the CSG.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section objectives:<\/p><ul><li>Provide traceability and transparency of the process stages to all parties involved.<\/li><li>Promote security and information flow.<\/li><li>Streamline processes by reducing response times.<\/li><li>Have at all times reliable information that allows obtaining relevant analyzes that support decision making.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-37d191b6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no CNIS is divided into the following processes:<\/p><ul><li>Inclusion: about adding medicines and supplies that do not have a key within the CNIS.<\/li><li>Modification: Regarding the inputs that are already part of the CNIS, but require an adjustment or update.<\/li><li>Exclusion: The process that contemplates the withdrawal of drug supplies from the CNIS.<\/li><\/ul><p>In addition, the updating process includes other phases such as assessment, evaluation and ruling.<\/p><p>In this way, thanks to the automation and digitalization of the processes, the CNIS updates that previously took 60 to 90 days to complete the processes, will now have an average time of 25 to 35 days to complete.<\/p><p>Likewise, this strategy will have a digital platform that will integrate various aspects to promote transparency, with digital signatures, consultation of historical information, creation of profiles, centralized information, monitoring of the status of the process, among others. El secretario t\u00e9cnico de la Comisi\u00f3n Interinstitucional del Compendio Nacional de Insumos para la Salud del CSG, el Dr. C\u00e9sar Alberto Cruz Santiago fue el responsable de presentar la estrategia de modernizaci\u00f3n de los procesos del CNIS. El CNIS es el documento del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico donde se encuentran los insumos utilizados por las instituciones de salud p\u00fablica para dar respuesta a los problemas y emergencias de salud que experimente la poblaci\u00f3n. Cuenta con un reglamento propio donde se especifica el cumplimiento de criterios estrictos de econom\u00eda de la salud, con el objetivo de garantizar que solo los insumos seguros, eficaces, costo efectivos y probados con evidencia cient\u00edfica, se integren al CNIS. \u201cA trav\u00e9s de una plataforma digital se pretende crear un sistema amigable para transparentar el proceso; brindar mayor seguridad en el flujo de la informaci\u00f3n; pero, sobre todo, agilizar\u00e1 y facilitar\u00e1 los procesos de consulta\u201d, explic\u00f3 el Dr. Cesar Cruz Santiago quien tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1a como director de Evaluaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y t\u00e9cnica en el CSG. En este sentido, la estrategia de automatizaci\u00f3n del CNIS, tiene cuatro objetivos espec\u00edficos: Brindar trazabilidad y transparencia de las etapas del proceso a todas las partes involucradas. Impulsar la seguridad y flujo de informaci\u00f3n. Agilizar los procesos al reducir tiempos de respuesta. Contar en todo momento con informaci\u00f3n confiable que permita obtener an\u00e1lisis relevantes que soporten la toma de decisiones. Por ejemplo, la actualizaci\u00f3n del CNIS se divide en los siguientes procesos: Inclusi\u00f3n: sobre a\u00f1adir medicamentos e insumos que no cuentan con clave dentro del CNIS. Modificaci\u00f3n: Referente a los insumos que ya forman parte del CNIS, pero requieren un ajuste o actualizaci\u00f3n. Exclusi\u00f3n: El proceso que contempla el retiro de medicamentos insumos del CNIS. Adem\u00e1s, el proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n incluye otras fases como la valoraci\u00f3n, la evaluaci\u00f3n y la dictaminaci\u00f3n. De este modo, gracias a la automatizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de los procesos, las actualizaciones del CNIS que antes ten\u00edan una duraci\u00f3n de 60 a 90 d\u00edas para finalizar los procesos, ahora tendr\u00e1n un tiempo promedio de 25 a 35 d\u00edas para su conclusi\u00f3n. Asimismo, esta estrategia contar\u00e1 con una plataforma digital que integrar\u00e1 diversos aspectos para promover la transparencia, con firmas digitales, consulta de informaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica, creaci\u00f3n de perfiles, informaci\u00f3n centralizada, seguimiento de estatus del proceso, entre otros. De esta forma el CSG y el CNIS se suman a la Estrategia Digital Nacional de Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.
