The study included participants from different countries. In this sense, the results showed that this AI system is ready to be used as a complementary tool in the diagnosis and care of this disease.<\/p><p>Likewise, the AI system was subjected to international validation, which was carried out through PANDA, a three-month competition, where more than a thousand AI experts tried to develop systems for the classification of prostate cancer.<\/p><p>\u201cJust ten days after the competition, algorithms were developed that matched average pathologists. Por lo que el objetivo de aplicar IA en el diagn\u00f3stico de esta enfermedad es crear un m\u00e9todo consistente al momento de evaluar cada muestra de tejido, sin importar qu\u00e9 profesional lo haga ni en donde lo realice. \u201cLos resultados de PANDA muestran por primera vez que los sistemas de IA pueden producir un diagn\u00f3stico y una clasificaci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata igualmente precisos en un entorno internacional que los pat\u00f3logos humanos.
