The Government of Peru reported that people infected with COVID-19, who do not present symptoms, will receive care and monitoring through telehealth.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Due to the increase in cases of COVID-19 in Peru, and with the aim of avoiding further infections, the Peruvian Ministry of Health (Minsa) announced in a statement the new measures for the care of people with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID -19.<\/p>

In this sense, one of the measures adopted is that people without symptoms and without comorbidities, who have had contact with infected people, will receive teleorientation through line 113. In this way, the Minsa seeks to avoid exposure to the risk of contagion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

On the other hand, the government of Peru reported that people who have some comorbidity and have been in contact with positive cases of COVID-19, must attend a face-to-face diagnosis, to rule out the disease or receive indications.<\/p>

El Gobierno de Per\u00fa inform\u00f3 que las personas contagiadas de COVID-19, que no presenten s\u00edntomas, recibir\u00e1n atenci\u00f3n y monitoreo a trav\u00e9s de telesalud. Debido al aumento de casos de COVID-19 en Per\u00fa, y con el objetivo de evitar m\u00e1s contagios, el Ministerio de Salud de Per\u00fa (Minsa), anunci\u00f3 en un comunicado las nuevas medidas para la atenci\u00f3n de personas con sospecha o caso confirmado de COVID-19. En este sentido una de las medidas adoptadas es que las personas sin s\u00edntomas y sin comorbilidades, que hayan tenido contacto con personas contagiadas, recibir\u00e1n teleorientaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 113. De esta forma, el Minsa, busca evitar exposiciones al riesgo de contagio. Cabe resaltar, que la telemedicina ha sido parte fundamental de la estrategia de salud publica del gobierno de Per\u00fa durante la pandemia. Desde la utilizaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea 113 para la teleorientaci\u00f3n para COVID-19 y atenci\u00f3n especial en salud mental, hasta el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de modelos de atenci\u00f3n como el del Centro Nacional de Telemedicina de EsSalud. Por otra parte, el gobierno de Per\u00fa inform\u00f3 que las personas que tengan alguna comorbilidad y hayan estado en contacto con casos positivos de COVID-19, deber\u00e1n atender a un diagn\u00f3stico presencial, para descartar la enfermedad o recibir indicaciones. Por \u00faltimo, las autoridades sanitarias de Per\u00fa, llamaron a la poblaci\u00f3n a continuar siguiendo las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n y vacunarse.
