The Peruvian startup, Laus, seeks to provide tools so that the return to blended classes is orderly and safe. Through software, Laus can monitor compliance with health measures in universities, schools and workplaces.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Created in 2020, during the health emergency, Laus is one of the participating projects in Startup Peru 8G+, a co-financing contest for startups, which has been promoted by the Ministry of Production.<\/p>

Miguel Wong, one of the founders of Laus, explained to Agencia Andina that his solution proposes the management of information and documents in the health area, so that it is an organized and effective process.<\/p>

\u201cThey usually use Excel and it's a headache because it has limitations in terms of data visibility and traceability. It takes a lot to organize all the documentation and our system can automate this work so that the health and safety area team can focus on developing strategies,\u201d he explained.<\/p>

Laus can be used as a mobile app or directly from its desktop web version. The app is installed on the mobile phones of students, workers or parents, in which they can report their symptoms, update information on medical tests, upload their vaccination card, among other functions. In this way, those in charge of the institutions can find all the necessary information on one platform.<\/p>

\u201cYou can find out, for example, how many people are obese, how many have expired medical exams, the number of people who have undergone COVID tests or who have been vaccinated. The data is filtered by area, by location, age, and gender\u201d, explains Wong.<\/p>

Additionally, another of the functions of the app is the automatic preparation of documents and reports when an accident occurs, which is sent to the supervisory authorities.<\/p>

El startup peruano, Laus, busca brindar herramientas para que el regreso a clases semipresenciales sea ordenado y seguro. Laus puede utilizarse como una app m\u00f3vil o directamente desde su versi\u00f3n web de escritorio. La app se instala en los tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles de estudiantes, trabajadores o padres de familia, en la cual pueden reportar sus s\u00edntomas, actualizar informaci\u00f3n sobre ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos, subir su tarjeta de vacunaci\u00f3n, entre otras funciones. De esta forma, los encargados de las instituciones pueden encontrar toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria en una plataforma. \u201cSe puede conocer, por ejemplo, cu\u00e1ntas personas tienen obesidad, cu\u00e1ntas tienen el examen m\u00e9dico vencido, la cantidad de personas que se han realizado pruebas COVID o que han sido vacunadas. Los datos se filtran por \u00e1rea, por sede, edad, y g\u00e9nero\u201d, explica Wong.
