During the webinar organized by the Circle of Legislators of the Nation and the Institute of Strategic Studies and International Relations (IEERI), the specialists addressed issues on the new strategies to update the regulatory map in Digital Health.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The "Change of Roles" event, organized jointly with the National Congress, also had the participation of the Health Observatory, the Digital Health Accreditation Office (OASAD) of the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA ).<\/p>

The objective of the meeting was to present the academic cooperation agreement with the UBA and its Health Observatory, for the promotion of new legislative strategies for the regulatory map in Digital Health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cIn the year 2022 we are going to advance in the revision of the necessary norms to regulate Digital Health and thus protect the human rights of people so that they can access technology and thus access health services in the search for the health citizenship\u201d, explained the deputy and secretary of Social Welfare and Health of the Circle of Legislators, Cristina Guevara.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Marisa Aizenberg, director of the Health Observatory and of the OASAD, explained that the irruption of technologies and the use of devices, media and networks for the health sector are producing a real transformation in the models of intention and management of Health. For this reason, he highlighted the importance of health data and advanced techniques for its analysis, such as mathematical algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical models, neural networks, among other techniques.<\/p>

On the other hand, to end the webinar, the deputy and vice president of IEERI, Horacio Perneaste, pointed out that "Digital Health has enormous advantages such as the possibility of providing care to places where distance is a critical factor, conducting interconsultations with specialists, the follow-up of patients with chronic diseases in their homes and also works as a training channel\u201d.<\/p>

Likewise, he highlighted the need to have an orderly and systematized vision to reduce the gaps in access to health care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Durante el webinar organizado por el C\u00edrculo de Legisladores de la Naci\u00f3n y el Instituto de Estudios Estrat\u00e9gicos y de Relaciones Internacionales (IEERI), los especialistas abordaron temas sobre las nuevas estrategias para actualizar el mapa normativo en Salud Digital. El evento \u201cCambio de Roles\u201d, organizado conjuntamente con el Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del Observatorio de Salud, la Oficina de Acreditaci\u00f3n en Salud Digital (OASAD) de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). El objetivo del encuentro fue presentar el convenio de cooperaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con la UBA y su Observatorio de Salud, para la promoci\u00f3n de nuevas estrategias legislativas para el mapa normativo en Salud Digital. \u201cEn el a\u00f1o 2022 vamos a avanzar en la revisi\u00f3n de las normas necesarias para regular la Salud Digital y as\u00ed proteger los derechos humanos de las personas para que estas puedan acceder a la tecnolog\u00eda y as\u00ed acceder a los servicios de salud en la b\u00fasqueda de la ciudadan\u00eda sanitaria\u201d, explic\u00f3 la diputada y secretaria de Previsi\u00f3n Social y Salud del C\u00edrculo de Legisladores, Cristina Guevara. La Dra. Marisa Aizenberg, directora del Observatorio de Salud y de la OASAD, explic\u00f3 que la irrupci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas y el uso de dispositivos, medios y redes para el sector sanitario, est\u00e1n produciendo una transformaci\u00f3n real en los modelos de intenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de salud. Por ello desatac\u00f3 la importancia de los datos en salud y las t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas para su an\u00e1lisis, como algoritmos matem\u00e1ticos, inteligencia artificial, aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, modelos estad\u00edsticos, redes neuronales, entre otras t\u00e9cnicas. Por otra parte, para finalizar el webinar el diputado y vicepresidente del IEERI, Horacio Perneaste se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cla Salud Digital tiene enormes ventajas como la posibilidad de dar atenci\u00f3n a lugares donde la distancia es un factor cr\u00edtico, la realizaci\u00f3n de interconsultas con especialistas, el seguimiento de pacientes con enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas en sus domicilios y tambi\u00e9n funciona como v\u00eda de capacitaci\u00f3n\u201d. Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la necesidad de contar con una visi\u00f3n ordenada y sistematizada para reducir las brechas en el acceso a atenci\u00f3n de la salud.
