Su presentaci\u00f3n tuvo como t\u00edtulo \u201cPanorama de la Salud Digital, la digitalizaci\u00f3n del expediente electr\u00f3nico, visi\u00f3n desde la OPS\/OMS\u201d. D\u2019Agostino explic\u00f3 la importancia de los ocho principios para alcanzar la transformaci\u00f3n digital seg\u00fan la OMS, que sustituy\u00f3 al marco de sistemas de informaci\u00f3n para la salud, que contaba con cuatro \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas. Los ocho principios son: Conectividad universal Bienes p\u00fablicos digitales Salud Digital inclusiva Interoperabilidad Derechos humanos Inteligencia Artificial Seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n Arquitectura de salud p\u00fablica El especialista de la OPS\/OMS, tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 diversos gr\u00e1ficos de las regiones de Am\u00e9rica sobre an\u00e1lisis y nivel de madurez de la gesti\u00f3n e intercambio de conocimiento, gesti\u00f3n de datos y tecnolog\u00eda de la informaci\u00f3n, disponibilidad de recursos financieros, toma de decisiones, liderazgo, entre otros indicadores.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Entre sus reflexiones, el representante de la OPS, reconoci\u00f3 que es necesario impulsar la conectividad para millones de personas que no tienen acceso a nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 la importancia del concepto \u201cSalud Digital inclusiva\u201d. Este concepto debe ser utilizado no solo en el acceso a los servicios de salud, sino en temas de educaci\u00f3n, para que en un futuro se convierta en parte de la cultura de trabajo del sector salud. En cuanto a la transformaci\u00f3n digital D\u2019Agostino, explic\u00f3 que es necesario avanzar hacia una \u201cSalud p\u00fablica abierta\u201d, que promueva el acceso a abierto a datos, software, algoritmos, literatura, mapas y otro tipo de contenidos y herramientas que deben verse como bienes p\u00fablicos y no como un privilegio.
