The Infosalud Directorate of the Minsa reported that so far this year, they have provided more than 500,000 telemedicine services via telephone and web platforms to patients throughout the country.<\/p>

Edith Pariona Valer, director of Infosalud, explained that during the pandemic it has been important for users to receive free and immediate medical guidance, in addition to reducing displacement and the risk of exposure to COVID-19 contagion.<\/p>

Through the HAKU strategy, which includes telemedicine services through line 113 and the online platform, Teleatente, they have managed to provide more than 500,000 services. El Ministerio de Salud (Minsa), brinda servicios de telemedicina v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 113 y a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma web Teleatiendo. La Direcci\u00f3n de Infosalud del Minsa, inform\u00f3 que en lo que va del a\u00f1o, han brindado m\u00e1s de 500 mil servicios de telemedicina v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica y plataformas web a pacientes de todo el pa\u00eds. Edith Pariona Valer, directora de Infosalud, explic\u00f3 que durante la pandemia ha sido importante que los usuarios puedan recibir orientaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica gratuita e inmediata, adem\u00e1s reduciendo el desplazamiento y riesgo de exposici\u00f3n al contagio de COVID-19. A trav\u00e9s de la estrategia HAKU, que incluye los servicios de telemedicina por la l\u00ednea 113 y la plataforma en l\u00ednea, Teleatiendo, han logrado brindar m\u00e1s de 500 mil servicios.  De enero a septiembre han sido atendidas 290 mil 832 llamadas sobre temas de salud a la l\u00ednea 113, y por otra parte en el mismo periodo Teleatiendo ha realizado 230 mil 527 atenciones. “Hasta la fecha, Haku cuenta con cerca de 600 profesionales de la salud de diversas especialidades en el pa\u00eds, como medicina y especialidades m\u00e9dicas, enfermer\u00eda, nutrici\u00f3n, obstetricia y psicolog\u00eda. Este personal ofrece desde tele orientaciones, teleconsultas hasta tele monitoreo a los usuarios”, explic\u00f3 Pariona Valer. Las atenciones a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 113 tienen dos esquemas de trabajo, primero de manera sincr\u00f3nica, en la que el paciente se comunica directamente con un especialista y la asincr\u00f3nica que requiere agendar una llamada con un especialista. \u201cSi bien este servicio desarrollado por el Minsa surgi\u00f3 en el contexto de la pandemia para dar continuidad a la creciente demanda de atenciones en salud de la ciudadan\u00eda, en la pr\u00e1ctica ha resultado ser una excelente opci\u00f3n para que los usuarios reciban atenci\u00f3n en salud a distancia y con calidad, pues evita el traslado al establecimiento de salud y reduce el riesgo de contagio por el coronavirus, tanto para el paciente como para el personal de salud\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la directora de Infosalud.
