The Government of Venezuela has announced the creation of a Plan for the Development of National and International Telemedicine, with the aim of training more and better medical professionals and strengthening patient care.<\/p>

Within the framework of the National Day of the Comprehensive Community Physician, the government highlighted the importance of telemedicine not only in the diagnosis of diseases but also in the training of medical students.<\/p>

\u201cA specialist doctor who is in S\u00e3o Paulo can participate in the diagnosis of a disease and in the training of medical and postgraduate students. More than a year ago, Dr. Rafael Gottenger of the American Association of Venezuelan Physicians explained that in countries like Venezuela, the growth and adoption of telemedicine depends on the population's access to technology.<\/p>

El poder ejecutivo de Venezuela anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de un Plan para el Desarrollo de la Telemedicina en el pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como el establecimiento de un Centro Nacional de Telemedicina. El Gobierno de Venezuela ha anunciado la creaci\u00f3n de un Plan para el Desarrollo de la Telemedicina Nacional e Internacional, con el objetivo de formar m\u00e1s y mejores profesionales m\u00e9dicos y fortalecer la atenci\u00f3n a los pacientes. En el marco del D\u00eda Nacional del M\u00e9dico Integral Comunitario, el gobierno resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la telemedicina no solo en el diagn\u00f3stico de enfermedades sino tambi\u00e9n en la formaci\u00f3n de estudiantes de medicina. \u201cUn m\u00e9dico especialista que est\u00e9 en Sao Paulo puede participar del diagn\u00f3stico de una enfermedad y en la formaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes de medicina y postgrado.
