The Argentine Ministry of Health approved the creation of a normative map to know the status of each province in relation to its Digital Health projects and facilitate its implementation.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Ministry of Health of Argentina announced the approval of the first and second level organizational structure in charge of the Digital Health Directorate. The government trusts in the acceleration of the implementation of new technologies in health and the resolution of challenges in its approach.<\/p>

Argentina is organized into 24 provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, so there are different areas of validity in health matters in each jurisdiction.<\/p>

The decree explains that the regulation of Digital Health depends on different factors such as social, economic, political, cultural data that arise from the context of each province, so it is necessary to carry out qualitative analyzes for the application of the regulations. And for this reason it is important to identify areas in which digital health public policies are not sufficiently regulated.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

That is why a map of legislation on Digital Health was proposed, to implement quality standards and regulations related to Digital Health, which allow the development of strategies in each province. The map seeks to collect the current regulations on Digital Health: "an important task not only to know the current legislative development but also to provide the provinces of the country with the possibility of carrying out comparative analyzes of the state of their public policies on the matter", they explain.<\/p>

The authorities seek that the elaboration of the normative map facilitates access to the information required to know the situation and detect legal loopholes that could hinder the implementation of Digital Health programs and policies, proposed by the Ministry of Health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El Ministerio de Salud de Argentina aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de un mapa normativo para conocer el estatus de cada provincia con relaci\u00f3n a sus proyectos de Salud Digital y facilitar su implementaci\u00f3n. El Ministerio de Salud de Argentina dio a conocer la aprobaci\u00f3n de la estructura organizativa de primer y segundo nivel a cargo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Salud Digital.  El gobierno conf\u00eda en la aceleraci\u00f3n de la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en salud y la resoluci\u00f3n de desaf\u00edos en su abordaje. Argentina se encuentra organizada en 24 provincias y la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, por lo que existen en cada jurisdicci\u00f3n distintos \u00e1mbitos de validez en materia sanitaria. “Que esta multiplicidad de jurisdicciones aut\u00f3nomas provoca la existencia de una cantidad de leyes, decretos, resoluciones y actos administrativos en general que dan forma a un ecosistema normativo en salud digital complejo, heterog\u00e9neo y asim\u00e9trico que es necesario explorar, analizar y sistematizar de manera ordenada y coherente”, explic\u00f3 el gobierno. El decreto explica que la regulaci\u00f3n de la Salud Digital depende de distintos factores como datos sociales, econ\u00f3micos, pol\u00edticos, culturales que surgen del contexto de cada provincia, por lo que es necesario realizar an\u00e1lisis cualitativos para la aplicaci\u00f3n de las normas. Y por ello es importante identificar \u00e1reas en las que las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de Salud digital no se encuentran lo suficientemente reguladas. Es por ello que fue propuesto un mapa de legislaci\u00f3n en materia de Salud Digital, para implementar est\u00e1ndares de calidad y normativa relacionados con Salud Digital, que permitan el desarrollo de estrategias en cada provincia. El mapa busca recolectar las normas vigentes en materia de Salud Digital: “tarea importante no solo para conocer el actual desarrollo legislativo sino tambi\u00e9n para facilitarle a las provincias del pa\u00eds la posibilidad de realizar an\u00e1lisis comparados del estado de sus pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en la materia”, explican. Las autoridades buscan que la elaboraci\u00f3n del mapa normativo facilita acceder a la informaci\u00f3n requerida para conocer la situaci\u00f3n y detectar lagunas legales que podr\u00edan obstaculizar la implantaci\u00f3n de los programas y pol\u00edticas de Salud Digital, propuestos por el Ministerio de Salud.
