The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) created Mi Chat ONCOIMSS to improve the care of pediatric cancer patients and their families.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This digital tool implemented by the IMSS works through the WhatsApp mobile messaging application. To access Mi Chat ONCOIMSS, the user must save the number in their contact book 55 4836 3312<\/strong> and send a message by the mentioned application.<\/p>

This free service is available to mothers and fathers of pediatric oncology patients who are cared for in IMSS medical units. It aims to improve care and meet patient needs through more dynamic communication.<\/p>

The guidance provided by this tool is divided into five categories: medications or supplies; medical care; technology and digital card; disability due to License 140-Bis; and Blood Bank.<\/p>

Once the user saves the phone number on their cell phone, they must send a message via WhatsApp with the word \u201cRequest\u201d. Tiene como objetivo mejorar la atenci\u00f3n y resolver las necesidades de los pacientes a trav\u00e9s de una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica. La orientaci\u00f3n que brinda esta herramienta se divide en cinco categor\u00edas: medicamentos o insumos; atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica; tecnolog\u00eda y carnet digital; incapacidad por Licencia 140-Bis; y Banco de Sangre.
