The COVID-19 Mobile Hospital was installed at the Morelos Sports Unit in Colima, Mexico. Its objective is to free up space in the Regional University Hospital.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This strategy of the Secretary of Health and Social Welfare of the state of Colima, seeks that the most seriously ill patients are treated in hospitals with greater resources, and recovering patients continue their process in this new Mobile Hospital.<\/p>

The mobile unit has medical and nursing staff, is equipped with an oxygen generator for beds, a laboratory for blood and gas studies, as well as interactive digital telemedicine equipment for remote monitoring.<\/p>

The hospital was also equipped with portable equipment to perform X-ray and ultrasound studies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Telemedicine Network in Colima<\/strong><\/p>

Since 2014, the Ministry of Health in Colima established, through the CENETEC Health Observatory, the Telemedicine Network in the State of Colima. This only includes hospitals run by state authorities. However, the Mexican Social Security Institute has also implemented telemedicine services in some state hospitals since 2019.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El Hospital M\u00f3vil COVID-19, fue instalado en la Unidad Deportiva Morelos en Colima, M\u00e9xico. Su objetivo es liberar espacio en el Hospital Regional Universitario. Esta estrategia de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud y Bienestar Social del estado de Colima, busca que los pacientes de mayor gravedad sean atendidos en hospitales con mayores recursos, y pacientes en recuperaci\u00f3n contin\u00faen su proceso en este nuevo Hospital M\u00f3vil. La unidad m\u00f3vil cuenta con personal m\u00e9dico y de enfermer\u00eda, est\u00e1 equipado con un generador de ox\u00edgeno para camas, un laboratorio para estudios de sangre y gasometr\u00eda, as\u00ed como un equipo digital interactivo de telemedicina para realizar monitoreo a distancia. El hospital adem\u00e1s fue equipado con un equipo port\u00e1til para realizar estudios de Rayos X y ultrasonidos. Red de Telemedicina en Colima Desde el 2014, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud en Colima estableci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del Observatorio de Salud del CENETEC, la Red de Telemedicina en el Estado de Colima. Esto solo contempla hospitales administrados por autoridades estatales. Sin embargo, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, tambi\u00e9n ha implementado servicios de telemedicina en algunos hospitales del estado desde 2019.
