The Ministry of Health (SSa) enabled a WhatsApp chatbot to download the vaccination certificate against COVID-19.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The SSa reported that the COVID-19 vaccination certificate is available for free download through the number 56 1713 0557. Although it is not a mandatory document, some work centers may request it to return to work spaces in the safest way.<\/p>

The process to obtain it is very simple, first you must register the aforementioned number in your contact book and then send a message with the word "Hello" through WhatsApp.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The bot will respond almost automatically, in its response it will show you the option to download the certificate, so you must respond to that message with the word \u201ccertificate\u201d.<\/p>

Later you must write your name without surnames, date of birth and CURP, then indicate the brand of vaccine to be received, as well as the number of doses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Finally, the bot will answer different options, and you must select the second one, so you must enter your CURP again. When you send the message, the chatbot will respond with a file containing the COVID-19 vaccination certificate.<\/p>

La Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SSa), habilit\u00f3 un chatbot de WhatsApp para la descarga del certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n contra COVID-19. La SSa, inform\u00f3 que el certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n COVID-19 est\u00e1 disponible para su descarga gratuita a trav\u00e9s del n\u00famero 56 1713 0557 . Aunque no se trata de un documento obligatorio, algunos centros de trabajo pueden llegar a pedirlo para regresar a espacios de trabajo de la forma m\u00e1s segura. El proceso para obtenerlo es muy sencillo, primero debes registrar el n\u00famero antes mencionado en tu libreta de contactos y despu\u00e9s enviar un mensaje con la palabra “Hola” a trav\u00e9s de WhatsApp. El bot responder\u00e1 casi de forma autom\u00e1tica, en su respuesta te mostrar\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n de descarga de certificado, por lo que debes responder a ese mensaje la palabra “certificado”. Posteriormente debes escribir tu nombre sin apellidos, fecha de nacimiento y CURP, luego indicar la marca de vacuna que recibirse, as\u00ed como el n\u00famero de dosis. Finalmente, el bot responder\u00e1 diferentes opciones, y debes seleccionar la segunda, por lo que debes ingresar nuevamente tu CURP. Al enviar el mensaje el chatbot te responder\u00e1 con un archivo que contiene el certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n contra COVID-19.
