After the arrival of the pandemic and the health emergency during 2020, the Argentine Congress approved the law that allows the development and use of digital medical prescriptions.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires issued an opinion that favors the project of the electronic medical prescription, for the prescription of medicines, laboratory studies or specific treatments. It was based on Law 27,553 approved by the national legislature in July 2020.<\/p>

The legislation details that the electronic medical prescription will be used for "all prescriptions, medical, dental or other health professionals legally empowered to prescribe, in the respective fields of health care and public or private pharmaceutical care, who carry out their activity within of the city territory.<\/p>

The Law that seeks to be applied in the Argentine capital, has the direct support of Law 27,553, which regulates the use of this type of electronic and digital prescriptions, as well as telecare platforms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cThis bill aims to advance in the improvement and modernization of the health system. The digital medical prescription is a tool that will improve patient care and reduce bureaucratic procedures,\u201d explained legislator In\u00e9s Gorbea.<\/p>

The project contemplates the following terms: electronic prescription, which is any indication of treatment, whether pharmacological or not; and the digital prescription that is designed in a specific digital prescription system, and has the digital signature of authorized personnel.<\/p>

Tras la llegada de la pandemia y la emergencia sanitaria durante el 2020, el Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n, en Argentina, aprob\u00f3 la ley que permite el desarrollo y uso de las Receticas m\u00e9dicas digitales. La legislatura de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, emiti\u00f3 un dictamen que favorece el proyecto de la receta m\u00e9dica electr\u00f3nica, para la prescripci\u00f3n de medicamentos, estudios de laboratorio o tratamientos espec\u00edficos. Se bas\u00f3 en la Ley 27.553 aprobada por la legislatura nacional en julio de 2020. La legislaci\u00f3n detalla que la receta m\u00e9dica electr\u00f3nica ser\u00e1 utilizada para “toda receta, prescripci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, odontol\u00f3gica o de otros profesionales de la salud legalmente facultados a prescribir, en los respectivos \u00e1mbitos de asistencia sanitaria y atenci\u00f3n farmac\u00e9utica p\u00fablica o privada, que ejerzan su actividad dentro del territorio de la Ciudad\u201d. La Ley que busca aplicarse en la capital argentina, cuenta con el respaldo directo de la Ley 27.553, que regula el uso de este tipo de recetas electr\u00f3nicas y digitales, as\u00ed como las plataformas de teleasistencia. \u201cEste proyecto de ley pretende avanzar en la mejora y modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema de salud. La receta m\u00e9dica digital es una herramienta que mejorar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n de los pacientes y reducir\u00e1 los tr\u00e1mites burocr\u00e1ticos\u201d, explic\u00f3 la legisladora In\u00e9s Gorbea. El proyecto contempla los siguientes t\u00e9rminos: prescripci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, que es cualquier indicaci\u00f3n de tratamiento sea o no farmacol\u00f3gica; y la receta digital que est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada en un sistema espec\u00edficos de prescripciones digitales, y cuenta con la firma digital del personal autorizado. El Gobierno de la ciudad, dictar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo se desarrollar\u00e1n los periodos para lograr la adopci\u00f3n total de la prescripci\u00f3n digital y lo que conlleva la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta ley.
