\"We\u2019re looking for this to be rolled out to whoever wants to use them,\" explained Amy Tong, the the state\u2019s chief information officer and director of the California Department of Technology.<\/p>

The paper cards provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), details the location, the date where they received the vaccine, as well as the brand of vaccine. Through the web system the digitalization of this document provides the same information accompanied by a QR code to verify its validity.<\/p>
