The health services of the state of Guanajuato in the Mexican Bajio, attend to vulnerable population in rural areas through mobile health.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Ministry of Health of Guanajuato through the Directorate of Extension of Coverage, has reported that through the service of the 53 Mobile Medical Units they manage to provide services to 1,322 rural localities totaling 134,431,000 inhabitants.<\/p>

In 2020, these services provided a total of 95,626 consultations in rural localities of the entity, which placed the state of Guanajuato as the state with the most actions in telehealth and similar services throughout the country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The mobile health program seeks, among other things, to \"facilitate access to accurate and appropriate information on prevention in simple language, through the use of pictograms and infographics and loudspeakers to increase the means of communication with the population,\" according to the Ministry of Health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The 53 Mobile Medical Units focus their activities on the population in areas with low human development index, promoting community organization and participation.<\/p>

During the pandemic, the units have performed respiratory triage in primary health care for patients with symptoms compatible with COVID-19, in order to reduce the risk of contagion and to act in time for treatment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Los servicios de salud del estado de Guanajuato en el Baj\u00edo mexicano, atienden a poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable en zonas rurales a trav\u00e9s de salud m\u00f3vil. La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Guanajuato a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Extensi\u00f3n de Cobertura, ha informado que a trav\u00e9s del servicio de las 53 Unidades M\u00e9dicas M\u00f3viles logran brindar servicios a mil 322 localidades rurales que en total suman 134 mil 431 mil habitantes. En 2020, estos servicios brindaron un total de 95 mil 626 consultas en localidades rurales de la entidad, lo que situ\u00f3 al estado de Guanajuato como el estado con mayores acciones en telesalud y servicios similares en todo el pa\u00eds. El programa de salud m\u00f3vil busca entre otras cosas “facilitar el acceso a informaci\u00f3n precisa y adecuada en materia de prevenci\u00f3n en un lenguaje sencillo, mediante el uso de pictogramas e infograf\u00edas y perifoneo para aumentar las v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n con la poblaci\u00f3n” seg\u00fan explica la Secretar\u00eda de Salud. Las 53 Unidades M\u00e9dicas M\u00f3viles enfocan sus actividades en poblaci\u00f3n de zonas con bajo \u00edndice de desarrollo humano, promoviendo la organizaci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria. Durante la pandemia, las unidades han realizado triage respiratorio en atenci\u00f3n primaria en salud, a pacientes con sintomatolog\u00eda compatible con COVID-19, para disminuir riesgos de contagio y actuar a tiempo en el tratamiento.
