The COVID-19 symptom self-assessment system or AutoTest implemented in the Province of Buenos Aires, orients users who present symptoms suspicious of and channels cases to the COVID-19 Telemedicine Center (CeTeC-19).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The CeTeC-19, of the Ministry of Health of the province, as well as the Undersecretariat of Digital Government announced on May 21, the update of the AutoTest, which through questions related to COVID-19 symptoms, connects suspected cases with telemedicine centers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The system provides preventive results, so that the user is aware of possible circumstances of infection, and also provides information on actions to be taken in case of symptoms compatible with COVID-19. Subsequently, it makes a link with Ce-TeC-19, to refer patients and continue the follow-up for a possible application of a test to confirm infection. Ce-TeC-19 then follows up online or by phone calls to confirmed cases who are isolated at home.<\/p>

\"If the user answers affirmatively to any of the questions related to the presence of symptoms -such as sudden loss of taste, feeling short of breath or agitation- the system warns that \"it could be a confirmed case by clinical-epidemiological criteria\" and asks the person to indicate his\/her ID number so that the Telemedicine Center can contact immediately\", explains the Government of Buenos Aires.<\/p>

The information collected through the AutoTest is stored and verified to identify suspicious cases in a timely manner.<\/p>

El Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, ha actualizado su examen de autodiagn\u00f3stico en l\u00ednea sobre COVID-19. El sistema de auto evaluaci\u00f3n de s\u00edntomas o AutoTest de COVID-19 implementado en la Provincia de Buenos Aires, orienta a los usuarios que presentan s\u00edntomas sospechosos de y canaliza los casos al Centro de Telemedicina COVID-19 (CeTeC-19). El CeTeC-19, del Ministerio de Salud de la provincia, as\u00ed como la Subsecretar\u00eda de Gobierno Digital anunciaron el 21 de mayo, la actualizaci\u00f3n del AutoTest, que a trav\u00e9s de preguntas relacionadas a s\u00edntomas de COVID-19, conecta a los casos sospechosos con los centros de telemedicina. El sistema brinda resultados preventivos, para que el usuario conozca posibles circunstancias de su contagio, adem\u00e1s brinda informaci\u00f3n sobre las acciones a seguir en caso de presentar s\u00edntomas compatibles con COVID-19. Posteriormente, realiza un enlace con el Ce-TeC-19, para referenciar a los pacientes y continuar el seguimiento para una posible aplicaci\u00f3n de prueba para confirmar el contagio. Posteriormente el CeTeC-19, realiza un seguimiento en l\u00ednea o por llamadas telef\u00f3nicas a los casos confirmados que se encuentran aislados en sus domicilios. \u201cSi el usuario responde de manera afirmativa alguna de las preguntas vinculadas a la presencia de s\u00edntomas -como p\u00e9rdida repentina del gusto, sensaci\u00f3n de falta de aire o agitaci\u00f3n- el sistema advierte que \u201cpodr\u00eda ser un caso confirmado por criterio cl\u00ednico-epidemiol\u00f3gico\u201d y le solicita a la persona indicar su n\u00famero de documento para que el Centro de Telemedicina pueda contactarse de manera inmediata\u201d, explica el Gobierno de Buenos Aires.
