The Government of Guanajuato and the Secretariat of Health, developed strategies through telemedicine, digital media and tele-education during the health emergency. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Guanajuato state authorities established actions and processes to provide medical care to the population during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. The health services of Guanajuato prepared three phases for health care: Preparedness: risks, resources, impact, preventive actions, education and training. Response: supply, planning (hospital conversion and scaling up), logistics, safe transfer, actions in the event of patient death. Recovery: continuity of service, mental health, adjustments and reconstruction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to starting the hospital conversion to receive patients with COVID-19, the Guanajuato Secretariat of Health (SSG) also provided psychological and psychiatric care. The Mental Health Network of the State of Guanajuato provided close to 50,000 psychological and psychiatric services in different modalities: face-to-face, via telephone and chat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

A total of 49,826 consultations were provided, of which 47% were for anxiety, 17% for depression, 15% for other reasons, 11% for violence, 5% for suicidal risks, and the remaining 5% for addictions.<\/p>

In addition, the website http:\/\/www.dinamicamente.mx\/<\/a>was set up to provide information and preventive care for emotional crises through personalized attention by telephone (800 290 00 24) or chat 24 hours a day.<\/p>

In October 2020, the National Health Council recognized the work carried out by the Guanajuato Ministry of Health (SSG) in the management of the health contingency. State Health Secretary Daniel Diaz Martinez explained: \"Today we realize how important it is to have provided close to 100,000 mental health care services, following the increase in services, including with the support of telemedicine\".<\/p>

Additionally, the SSG's State Telemedicine Coordination reported 733,080 remote medical consultations and 38,190 remote inter-consultations between hospitals and\/or medical centers.<\/p>

On the other hand, the National Center of Technological Excellence in Health (CENETEC), in its report on health actions 2020 (January-November), ranked Guanajuato as the state with the highest number of telehealth services provided at the national level with 39.3%.<\/p>

In terms of tele-education, health personnel were continuously trained through the ECHO Guanajuato project platform (http:\/\/educads.salud.gob.mx\/sitio\/vRes\/pag_0.php?x=36<\/a>) by means of seminars and web conferences<\/p>

El Gobierno de Guanajuato y la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, desarrollaron estrategias a trav\u00e9s de telemedicina, medios digitales y teleeducaci\u00f3n durante la emergencia sanitaria. Las autoridades del estado de Guanajuato establecieron acciones y procesos para brindar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a la poblaci\u00f3n durante el inicio de la pandemia de COVID-19 en marzo del 2020. Los servicios de salud de Guanajuato, prepararon tres fases para la atenci\u00f3n en salud: Preparaci\u00f3n: riesgos, recursos, impacto, acciones preventivas, ense\u00f1anza y capacitaci\u00f3n. Respuesta: abasto, planeaci\u00f3n (reconversi\u00f3n hospitalaria y escalamiento), log\u00edstica, traslado seguro, acciones ante fallecimiento de paciente. Recuperaci\u00f3n: continuidad del servicio, salud mental, ajustes y reconstrucci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de comenzar la reconversi\u00f3n hospitalaria para recibir pacientes con COVID-19, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Guanajuato (SSG), tambi\u00e9n brindo atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y psiqui\u00e1trica. La Red de Salud Mental del Estado de Guanajuato atendi\u00f3 cerca de 50 mil atenciones psicol\u00f3gicas y psiqui\u00e1tricas en distintas modalidades: presenciales, v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica y por chat. Sumaron un total de 49 mil 826 atenciones de las cuales 47% fueron por ansiedad, 17% por depresi\u00f3n, 15% otros motivos, 11% por violencia, 5% por riesgos suicidas, y el 5% restante por adicciones. Adem\u00e1s, fue habilitado el sitio http:\/\/www.dinamicamente.mx\/, con el objetivo de brindar informaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n preventiva ante crisis emocionales mediante atenci\u00f3n personalizada por tel\u00e9fono (800 290 00 24) o chat las 24 horas del d\u00eda. En octubre de 2020, el Consejo Nacional de Salud reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo realizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Guanajuato (SSG), en el manejo de la contingencia sanitaria. El secretario de salud estatal Daniel D\u00edaz Mart\u00ednez explic\u00f3 lo siguiente: \u201cHoy nos damos cuenta de los importante de haber realizado cerca de 100 mil atenciones en salud mental, tras el incremento de los servicios, incluso con apoyo de telemedicina\u201d. Adicionalmente, la Coordinaci\u00f3n estatal de Telemedicina de la SSG inform\u00f3 sobre 733,080 asesor\u00edas m\u00e9dicas a distancia y 38,190 interconsultas a distancia entre hospitales y\/o centros m\u00e9dicos. Por otra parte, el Centro Nacional de Excelencia Tecnol\u00f3gica en Salud (CENETEC), en su informe de acciones de salud 2020 (enero-noviembre), situ\u00f3 a Guanajuato como el estado con mayor cantidad de servicios de telesalud brindados a nivel nacional con el 39.3%. En cuanto a teleeducaci\u00f3n, el personal de salud fue capacitados de forma continua a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma proyecto ECHO Guanajuato (http:\/\/educads.salud.gob.mx\/sitio\/vRes\/pag_0.php?x=36) mediante la impartici\u00f3n de seminarios y conferencias web.
