The province of Chumbivilcas in the department of Cusco will receive the installation of pre-hospital care and telehealth services. This project is part of the integrated health networks being carried out in the province of Cusco.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This project is directed by the National Health Investment Program (Pronis) belonging to the Ministry of Health and seeks to provide new equipment to hospitals and health facilities in the Santos Tom\u00e1s and Livitaca micro-networks.<\/p>

In this way, telehealth consultation services will be installed in four health establishments: Livitaca, Velille, Capacmarca and Colquemarca; and in two hospitals whose professionals will carry out consultations in Santo Tom\u00e1s and the Regional Hospital of Cusco in the capital of the department.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This project seeks to benefit more than 82 thousand Cusque\u00f1os and will have an investment of 7.1 million soles. In addition, the project includes support for the training of medical personnel and the purchase of six ambulances and six vans for the aforementioned health centers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Pronis explained that telehealth will allow primary care centers to interconnect with hospitals and specialized institutes to increase access to health services in the department.<\/p>

La provincia de Chumbivilcas en el departamento de Cusco, recibir\u00e1 la instalaci\u00f3n de servicios de atenci\u00f3n prehospitalaria y de telesalud. Este proyecto forma parte de las redes integradas de salud que se est\u00e1 realizando en esta provincia de Cusco. Este proyecto es dirigido por el Programa Nacional de Inversiones en Salud (Pronis) perteneciente al Ministerio de Salud y busca dotar de nuevo equipamiento a hospitales y establecimientos de salud de las microrredes Santos Tom\u00e1s y Livitaca. De esta forma se instalar\u00e1n servicios para consultas a trav\u00e9s de telesalud en cuatro establecimientos de salud: Livitaca, Velille, Capacmarca y Colquemarca; y en dos hospitales que cuyos profesionales realizar\u00e1n las consultas en Santo Tom\u00e1s y el Hospital Regional de Cusco en la capital del departamento. Este proyecto busca beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 82 mil cusque\u00f1os y contar\u00e1 con una inversi\u00f3n de 7.1 millones de soles. Adicionalmente el proyecto contempla brindar apoyo en la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal m\u00e9dico y la compra de seis ambulancias y seis camionetas para los centros de salud mencionados. El Pronis explic\u00f3 que la telesalud va a permitir que centros de primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n se interconecten con hospitales e institutos especializados para ampliar el acceso a la oferta de los servicios de salud en el departamento.
