As part of the OncoIMSS program, the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) inaugurated the first office specialized in providing exclusive care to pediatric cancer patients. It will also offer telemedicine services.<\/p>

On the other hand, Dr. Javier Enrique Lopez, who will be responsible for coordinating the care of pediatric patients, explained that one of the benefits of this new facility is the application of telemedicine services for the analysis of complex cases remotely.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The IMSS General Director also held the nineteenth meeting with parents of children with cancer, in which he explained that this will be a space for coordination with different areas, such as the Coordination of Digital Services and Health and Administrative Information and the Economic Benefits and Occupational Health Unit, which at the previous meeting reported on the release of the option in the IMSS Digital smartphone application for processing the digital license to grant leave from their jobs to provide care and attention to their children.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, inaugur\u00f3 la Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional de Oncolog\u00eda \u201cCasa de la Ni\u00f1a y el Ni\u00f1o con C\u00e1ncer”, la primera que brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n exclusivamente a pacientes oncol\u00f3gicos menores de edad. Como parte del programa OncoIMSS, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), inaugur\u00f3 la primera oficina especializada en atender de forma exclusiva a pacientes pedi\u00e1tricos que padecen c\u00e1ncer. Que, adem\u00e1s, ofrecer\u00e1 servicios de telemedicina. En la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional de Oncolog\u00eda \u201cCasa de la Ni\u00f1a y el Ni\u00f1o con C\u00e1ncer\u201d, estuvo presente el director general del IMSS, Zo\u00e9 Robledo quien explic\u00f3 que: “no exist\u00eda una coordinaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica que viera los temas del c\u00e1ncer infantil, ni siquiera del c\u00e1ncer en general”. Por otra parte, el Dr. Javier Enrique L\u00f3pez, quien fungir\u00e1 como el responsable de coordinar la atenci\u00f3n de los pacientes pedi\u00e1tricos, explic\u00f3 que uno de los beneficios de este nuevo establecimiento es la aplicaci\u00f3n de servicios de telemedicina, para el an\u00e1lisis de casos complejos a distancia. Otra parte, de forma remota el director general del IMSS sostuvo la decimonovena reuni\u00f3n con padres y madres de menores con c\u00e1ncer, en la cual explic\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 un espacio de coordinaci\u00f3n con diversas \u00e1reas, por ejemplo la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Servicios Digitales y de Informaci\u00f3n para la Salud y Administrativos y la Unidad de Prestaciones Econ\u00f3micas y Salud en el Trabajo, que en la reuni\u00f3n anterior informaron sobre la liberaci\u00f3n de la opci\u00f3n en la aplicaci\u00f3n para tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes, IMSS Digital, para realizar tr\u00e1mites de la licencia digital para otorgar permisos en sus trabajos para brindar atenci\u00f3n y cuidados a sus hijos.
