More than 52% of people questioned said they had used the teleconsultation service related to COVID-19, and professionals and patients said they would continue to use Digital Health systems in the future.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ministry of Health of Argentina, reported the result of the survey on telemedicine during the conference where they show the reports on the latest updates and data on COVID-19. The Secretary of Health Equity, Mart\u00edn Sabignoso, mentioned that in the first time that telemedicine is used in the national public health system, he also said that: \"we have already reached more than 130,000 in the whole country and the number of nodes or centers that use telemedicine has doubled\".<\/p>

Sabignoso also informed that of the total of the remote consultations made 72% correspond to teleconsultations through cell phones. He also highlighted that 56% of the teleconsultations were focused on COVID-19, for the monitoring of suspicious cases or confirmed cases, this was the main reason why this modality was adopted in a massive way this year. In addition, the official added that 30% of the consultations were to treat diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and infectious diseases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In terms of user evaluation of telemedicine systems, 77% of those surveyed described their experience as good or very good. In terms of the quality of services, 75% of the users said they understood perfectly the indications of the health teams, and 73% reported that they will continue to use this type of service in the future.<\/p>

82% of those surveyed said that they were very familiar with the teleconsultation modality, and 70% said that they felt comfortable with this modality. As for the acceptance, 88% of the professionals said that they will continue using telemedicine as a modality of attention.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The main benefits that health professionals find in telemedicine is that they consider that it has a positive influence on the health of the population, in addition to avoiding unnecessary transfers by patients, in the same way they perceive greater security, especially during the pandemic. \"The first results are encouraging, they show a fast and effective adoption by the public system of this technology, which allows to strengthen and speed up the response of the health system, which is safe and reliable for the patient, as well as for health professionals. It is one of the innovations that we have developed in the pandemic, during the pandemic and that will last beyond the pandemic,\" the Minister concluded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

M\u00e1s del 52% de los encuestados afirm\u00f3 haber utilizado el servicio de teleconsultas relacionadas a COVID-19, adem\u00e1s los profesionales y pacientes afirmaron que seguir\u00e1n utilizando sistemas de Salud Digital en el futuro. Ministerio de Salud de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina, inform\u00f3 acerca del resultado de la encuesta sobre telemedicina durante la conferencia donde muestran los informes sobre las \u00faltimas actualizaci\u00f3n y datos sobre COVID-19. El Secretario de Equidad en Salud, Mart\u00edn Sabignoso, mencion\u00f3 que en la primera vez que se utiliza la telemedicina en el sistema p\u00fablico nacional de salud, adem\u00e1s expres\u00f3 que: “ya hemos alcanzado m\u00e1s de 130 mil consultas en todo el pa\u00eds y se ha duplicado el n\u00famero de nodos o centros que utilizan telemedicina”. Sabignoso tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que del total de las consultas a distancia realizadas 72% corresponden a teleconsultas a trav\u00e9s de tel\u00e9fonos celulares. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que el 56% de las teleconsultas fueran enfocadas a COVID-19, para el monitoreo de casos sospechosos o de casos confirmados, esta fue la principal raz\u00f3n de que esta modalidad fuera adoptada de forma masiva este a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, el funcionario a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el 30% de las consultas fueron para tratar enfermedades como diabetes, cardiopat\u00edas y enfermedades infecciosas. En cuanto a la evaluaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de telemedicina por parte de los usuarios, el 77% de los encuestados describi\u00f3 su experiencia como buena o muy buena. En cuanto a la calidad de los servicios, el 75% de los usuarios expres\u00f3 haber entendido perfectamente las indicaciones de los equipos de salud, y el 73% inform\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1 utilizando este tipo de servicios en el futuro. El 82% de los encuestados manifest\u00f3 estar muy familiarizado con la modalidad de teleconsulta, as\u00ed mismo el 70% expres\u00f3 sentirse c\u00f3modo con esta modalidad.  En cuanto a la aceptaci\u00f3n el 88% de los profesionales manifestaron que seguir\u00e1n usando la telemedicina como modalidad de atenci\u00f3n. Los principales beneficios que los profesionales de salud encuentran en la telemedicina es que consideran que influye positivamente en la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s evita traslados innecesarios por parte de los pacientes, de igual forma perciben mayor seguridad, especialmente durante la pandemia. “Los primeros resultados son alentadores, muestran una r\u00e1pida y efectiva adopci\u00f3n por el sistema p\u00fablico de esta tecnolog\u00eda, que permite fortalecer y agilizar la respuesta del sistema de salud, que es segura y confiable para el paciente, como para los profesionales de la salud.
