The Ministry of Health (Minsa), will submit for debate the new provisions for the implementation of telehealth throughout the country, through the draft of the Framework Law on Telehealth, and the Legislative Decree.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The draft law, which seeks to promote the scope that telehealth has in the country, was made public to the citizens on the official site of the Minsa. The Minsa will be in charge of designing, formulating, planning, directing, conducting, coordinating, regulating, supervising and periodically evaluating the National and Sectorial Telehealth Policy, in order to keep these provisions updated. Within this law, it is proposed that the Minsa also establish the objectives and strategies that the National Telehealth Plan will carry out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

On the other hand, with respect to the National Telehealth Network, established some years ago, the institutions that will make it up are the Regional Health Directorates (Diresa) in each region, the Integrated Health Network Directorates (Diris) and the Health Service Provider Institutions, whether they are private, public or mixed.<\/p>

On the other hand, Chapter VII of the Health Interoperability Law shows the responsibilities of the Ministry of Health, Diresa, and Ipress in guaranteeing interoperability, which is defined as \"the capacity of the systems of various organizations to interact with agreed-upon and common objectives in order to obtain mutual benefits\". This interaction implies that \"health facilities share their information and knowledge through the exchange of data between their respective information and communication technology systems in order to finally optimize the use of resources in health services\".<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The five main axes are the provision of health services, such as telemedicine and their management, tele-management, as well as education and communication to the population for the use of technologies, and likewise with the personnel, since the aim is to strengthen their capacities through tele-training. El Ministerio de Salud (Minsa), someter\u00e1 a debate las nuevas disposiciones para la implementaci\u00f3n de telesalud en todo el pa\u00eds, a trav\u00e9s del proyecto de ley Marco de Telesalud, y del Decreto Legislativo. El proyecto de reglamento de ley, que busca promover el alcance que la telesalud tiene en el pa\u00eds, se hizo p\u00fablico para la ciudadan\u00eda en el sitio oficial del Minsa. El Minsa se encargar\u00e1 de dise\u00f1ar, formular, planear, dirigir, conducir, coordinar, regular, supervisar y evaluar de forma peri\u00f3dica la Pol\u00edtica Nacional y Sectorial de Telesalud, para mantener actualizadas estas disposiciones. Dentro de esta ley, se plantea que el Minsa establezca tambi\u00e9n los objetivos y las estrategias que llevar\u00e1 a cabo el Plan Nacional de Telesalud. Por otra parte, respecto a la Red Nacional de Telesalud, establecida desde hace algunos a\u00f1os, las instituciones que la conformaran son las Direcciones Regionales de Salud (Diresa) en cada regi\u00f3n, las Direcciones de Redes Integradas de Salud (Diris) y las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud sean privadas, p\u00fablicas o mixtas. Po otra parte, en el cap\u00edtulo VII de la Ley Interoperabilidad en Salud, muestra las responsabilidades del Minsa, de las Diresa y de las Ipress sobre garantizar la interoperabilidad, que es definida como “la capacidad de los sistemas de diversas organizaciones para interactuar con objetivos consensuados y comunes con la finalidad de obtener beneficios mutuos” interacci\u00f3n que implica que “los establecimientos de salud compartan su informaci\u00f3n y conocimiento mediante el intercambio de datos entre sus respectivos sistemas de tecnolog\u00eda de informaci\u00f3n y comunicaciones para finalmente, optimizar el uso de los recursos en los servicios de salud”. Los cinco ejes principales son la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de salud, como telemedicina y la gesti\u00f3n de los mismos, la tele gesti\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la educaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n para la utilizaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas, y de igual forma con el personal, ya que se busca el fortalecimiento de sus capacidades a trav\u00e9s de tele capacitaci\u00f3n, por \u00faltimo, el quinto eje se refiere a la aplicaci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas directamente en los servicios de salud.
