The Secretary of Health of Hidalgo is carrying out a tele-education strategy for doctors of the state health system through the course called: Hospital-to-Hospital Reinforcing Concepts in SARS-CoV-2.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Secretary of Health of Hidalgo (SSH) is promoting a strategy to keep health personnel informed about COVID-19. In response to the pandemic, State health authorities have decided that the staff of the Hospital de Respuesta Inmediata will have tele-education sessions.<\/p>

\u201cHospital-to-Hospital Reinforcing Concepts in SARS-CoV-2\u201d, is the name of the workshops that have already been successfully developed by the determined Dr. Carlos Gomez, Pneumologist of the Inflatable Hospital. Soraida Olvera Garrido, State Coordinator of the Telemedicine Service of the SSH explained that these are two tele-education sessions and that they have already been applied in other hospitals such as the Villa Ocaranza Psychiatric Hospital.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The topics of the course include information and training about: Background and generalities, prevention and personal protection equipment, protective measures and situational diagnosis, operational definition of COVID-19, treatment, outpatient and inpatient management.<\/p>

This modality of tele-education has been adopted by the SSH to continue training its personnel; however, it is not a strategy that was born this year. This is not the first time that SSH has conducted training aimed at medical and nursing personnel using a distance modality, since in October of last year they held courses and workshops on breast cancer. La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Hidalgo realiza una estrategia de teleeducaci\u00f3n para los m\u00e9dicos del sistema estatal de salud a trav\u00e9s del curso denominado: De hospital a hospital reforzando conceptos en SARS-CoV-2. La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Hidalgo (SSH) est\u00e1 promoviendo una estrategia para mantener al personal de salud informado sobre COVID-19, ante la pandemia, autoridades de salud del estado han decidido que el personal del Hospital de Respuesta Inmediata tendr\u00e1 sesiones de teleeducaci\u00f3n. \u201cDe hospital a hospital reforzando conceptos en SARS-CoV-2\u201d, es el nombre de los talleres que ya han sido desarrollados con \u00e9xito por el decidido Dr. Carlos G\u00f3mez, neum\u00f3logo del Hospital Inflable. Soraida Olvera Garrido, Coordinadora Estatal del Servicio de Telemedicina de la SSH explic\u00f3 que se trata de dos sesiones de teleeducaci\u00f3n y que ya ha sido aplicado en otros hospitales como el Psiqui\u00e1trico Villa Ocaranza. Los temas del curso incluyen informaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n sobre: Antecedentes y generalidades, prevenci\u00f3n y equipo de protecci\u00f3n personal, medidas de protecci\u00f3n y diagn\u00f3stico situacional, definici\u00f3n operacional del COVID-19, tratamiento, manejo ambulatorio y hospitalario. Esta modalidad de teleeducaci\u00f3n ha sido adoptada por la SSH para continuar capacitando a su personal, sin embargo, no es una estrategia que naci\u00f3 este a\u00f1o. No es la primera vez que la SSH realiza capacitaciones dirigidas al personal m\u00e9dico y de enfermer\u00eda utilizando una modalidad a distancia, pues en octubre del a\u00f1o pasado realizaron cursos y talleres sobre c\u00e1ncer de mama.
