In response to the National Emergency caused by COVID-19, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) approved the Administrative Directive for the Scheduling of Shifts for Health Personnel and the Assignment of Health Users for Care in Telemedicine Services. In this way, the General Directorate of Telehealth, Reference and Emergencies (DIGTEL), will have the capacity to program the shifts of health personnel who are working remotely and the assignment of patients who request medical attention through telemedicine.<\/p>

On the other hand, Liliana M\u00e1 C\u00e1rdenas, head of the General Directorate of Telehealth, Reference and Emergencies, explained that the Minsa has made available to the population the telephone line 113 and an information system called Teleatiendo, which is intended to facilitate the work of health personnel who are at home when they are part of risk groups.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The health workers will be informed about the scheduled shifts and the attention through telemedicine must be registered in the Teleatiendo system. There are a total of 850 health professionals who attend through the line 113, and provide care in medical specialties such as nursing, obstetrics, nutrition, psychology, in addition to general medicine.<\/p>

El personal de salud que se encuentra realizando actividades en modalidad semipresencial o a distancia, prestar\u00e1 sus servicios a trav\u00e9s de telemedicina para atender pacientes de forma remota. Ante la Emergencia Nacional por COVID-19, el Ministerio de Salud (Minsa), aprob\u00f3 la Directiva Administrativa de Programaci\u00f3n de Turnos del Personal de la Salud y Asignaci\u00f3n de los Usuarios de Salud para su Atenci\u00f3n en los Servicios de Telemedicina. De esta forma la Direcci\u00f3n General de Telesalud, Referencia y Urgencias (DIGTEL), tendr\u00e1 la capacidad de programar los turnos del personal sanitario que se encuentra trabajando a distancia y la asignaci\u00f3n de pacientes que soliciten atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a trav\u00e9s de telemedicina. Por otra parte, Liliana M\u00e1 C\u00e1rdenas, titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Telesalud, Referencia y Urgencia, explic\u00f3 que el Minsa ha puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n la l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica 113 y un sistema de informaci\u00f3n llamado Teleatiendo, el cual tiene como prop\u00f3sito facilitar el trabajo del personal de salud que se encuentra en casa al ser parte de grupos de riesgo. Los trabajadores de salud, ser\u00e1n informados sobre los turnos programados y las atenciones mediante telemedicina deber\u00e1n quedar registradas en el sistema Teleatiendo. En total son 850 profesionales de salud que atienden a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 113, y brindan atenci\u00f3n en especialidades m\u00e9dicas como enfermer\u00eda, obstetricia, nutrici\u00f3n, psicolog\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de medicina general. Todas las instituciones de prestaciones de servicios de salud, son responsables de gestionar internamente al personal para determinar qui\u00e9nes formar\u00e1n parte de este servicio de atenci\u00f3n medica remota, para que queden registrados a nivel nacional por el Minsa.
