The government of Chihuahua signed the \"Salud Digital, personas seguras\" agreement with Dell technology company to provide telemedicine equipment for monitoring COVID patients at home.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

As of November 9, the service is available through the \"Salud Digital, personas seguras\" platform, which provides access to COVID patients to remote consultations with physicians. The technology used is capable of simultaneously monitoring up to 5,000 patients who have mild symptoms or who have been previously cared for and will continue treatment at home.<\/p>

The service consists of tele-monitoring for patients in home isolation using an electronic device and a mobile application. Patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 will be treated remotely to continue their recovery from home, through this technology.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In the application, health professionals will be able to monitor the evolution of patients. \"In the midst of a lot of bad news, this is a very good one for Chihuahua society in general and rather for the whole of Mexican society, because with what we are going to implement here, it will indisputably generate a very important reference for public health care with the use of new technologies,\" said Chihuahua Governor Javier Corral.<\/p>

For monitoring will be used a web portal that will show the oxygen levels in the blood of patients, blood pressure, heart rate and temperature in real time. To do this each patient will receive a monitoring kit that includes the pulse oximeter, thermometers and a baumanometer, the Dell company will provide the necessary devices for the development of the project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El gobierno del estado de Chihuahua firm\u00f3 el acuerdo \u201cSalud digital, personas seguras” con la compa\u00f1\u00eda tecnolog\u00eda Dell, para brindar equipos de telemedicina para el monitoreo de pacientes COVID en sus domicilios. A partir del 9 de noviembre, el servicio est\u00e1 disponible a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma “Salud digital, personas seguras”, que brinda acceso a pacientes COVID a consultas a distancia con m\u00e9dicos. La tecnolog\u00eda utilizada es capaz de monitorear simult\u00e1neamente hasta 5 mil pacientes que presenten s\u00edntomas leves o que hayan sido atendidos previamente y continuar\u00e1n el tratamiento en sus casas. El servicio consiste en tele monitoreo para pacientes en aislamiento domiciliario mediante un dispositivo electr\u00f3nico y una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil. Los pacientes que hayan resultado positivos a COVID-19 ser\u00e1n atendidos de manera remota para continuar su recuperaci\u00f3n desde casa, a trav\u00e9s de esta tecnolog\u00eda.  En la aplicaci\u00f3n, los profesionales de la salud podr\u00e1n monitorear la evoluci\u00f3n de los pacientes. \u201cEn medio de muchas malas noticias, esta es una muy buena para la sociedad chihuahuense en general y mejor dicho para toda la sociedad mexicana, porque con lo que vamos a implementar aqu\u00ed, se generar\u00e1 indiscutiblemente un referente muy importante para la atenci\u00f3n de la salud p\u00fablica con el uso de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el gobernador de Chihuahua, Javier Corral. Para el monitoreo ser\u00e1 utilizado un portal web que mostrar\u00e1 los niveles de ox\u00edgeno en la sangre de los pacientes, presi\u00f3n arterial, frecuencia cardiaca y temperatura en tiempo real. Para ello cada paciente recibir\u00e1n un kit de monitoreo que incluye el ox\u00edmetro de pulso, term\u00f3metros y un bauman\u00f3metro, la compa\u00f1\u00eda Dell proporcionar\u00e1 los dispositivos necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto.
