For them, 30,529 participants were registered between 25 March and 7 June 2020.<\/p><p>Of the total number of participants, 3,811 reported symptoms of COVID-19, however, only 54 people tested positive for COVID-19 after undergoing the test and 279 reported a negative result.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6ee5a03 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-equal-height-no\" data-id=\"6ee5a03\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c064726\" data-id=\"c064726\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc1dd4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc1dd4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The study addresses the problems of reopening businesses, schools and other activities and considers that applied measures can ignore pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic cases, representing between 40 and 45% of SARS-CoV-2 infection cases. The study presents data from other sources, indicating that high temperature (&gt;37.8oC), is not a common factor in infected patients, as it is only present in 12% of positive cases, and in 31% of hospitalized patients.<\/p><p>Through smartwatches and activity trackers, they record physical activity, soil and other metrics such as resting heart rate, among others. In addition, sleep and physical activity also showed differences between users who tested positively and those who tested negative.<\/p><p>\u201cOur results show that individual changes in physiological measures captured by most smartwatches and activity trackers are able to significantly improve the distinction between symptomatic individuals with and without a diagnosis of COVID-19 beyond symptoms alone. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n el sue\u00f1o y la actividad f\u00edsica mostraron diferencias entre los usuarios que arrojaron prueba positiva y los que arrojaron negativo. \u201cNuestros resultados muestran que los cambios individuales en las medidas fisiol\u00f3gicas capturadas por la mayor\u00eda de los relojes inteligentes y rastreadores de actividad pueden mejorar significativamente la distinci\u00f3n entre individuos sintom\u00e1ticos con y sin un diagn\u00f3stico de COVID-19 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los s\u00edntomas solamente.&nbsp;Aunque alentadores, estos resultados se basan en una muestra relativamente peque\u00f1a de participantes\u201d, mencionan los autores en el cap\u00edtulo de discusi\u00f3n.
