The Argentine Ministry of Health held a webinar on \u201cTelehealth and Network of Congenital Heart Disease: New Challenges\u201d, which virtually brought together health authorities, hospital staff and specialists on the subject.<\/p>

Mart\u00edn Sabignoso, Secretary of Equity in Health, spoke about expanding funds to hospitals belonging to the Federal Network of Congenital Heart disease: \u201cWe are working since the beginning of the year to revitalize the Federal Network of Congenital Heart Disease that funds the SUM program and that guarantees the integral care of this pathology for the whole population without social work\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Autoridades sanitarias reconocieron el trabajo realizado por la Red de Cardiopat\u00edas Cong\u00e9nitas e hicieron \u00e9nfasis en los beneficios de las modalidades que ofrecen la telemedicina y la telesalud El Ministerio de Salud de Argentina, llev\u00f3 a cabo un seminario web sobre “Telesalud y Red de Cardiopat\u00edas Cong\u00e9nitas: Nuevos Desaf\u00edos\u201d, el cual de manera virtual reuni\u00f3 autoridades sanitarias, personal hospitalario y especialistas en el tema. Mart\u00edn Sabignoso, secretario de Equidad en Salud, habl\u00f3 sobre la ampliaci\u00f3n de los fondos a hospitales que pertenecen a la Red Federal de Cardiopat\u00edas Cong\u00e9nitas: “estamos trabajando desde principio de a\u00f1o para revitalizar la Red Federal de Cardiopat\u00edas Cong\u00e9nitas que financia el programa SUMAR y que garantiza la atenci\u00f3n integral de esta patolog\u00eda para toda la poblaci\u00f3n sin obra social”. Dentro de ese apoyo en cuanto a fondos, se encuentra el proyecto de telemedicina que busca brindar servicios a distancia a pacientes que nacen con cardiopat\u00edas cong\u00e9nitas y lograr tambi\u00e9n diagn\u00f3sticos tempranos: \u201c”ahora contamos con otra herramienta, que es la telemedicina para poder monitorear de forma remota a los pacientes, haciendo un seguimiento a distancia, fortaleciendo la respuesta de la Red Federal de Cardiopat\u00edas”. Sabignoso celebr\u00f3 el importante papel de la telemedicina como una nueva modalidad en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios que permite mayor eficiencia y equidad. Asimismo, La telesalud es una demostraci\u00f3n de los avances, y logramos mejorar la tecnolog\u00eda, por ejemplo, en algo muy complejo, porque logramos ver las im\u00e1genes en movimiento”. Finalmente, durante su turno al frente de la exposici\u00f3n, la jefa de Cardiolog\u00eda Infantil del Hospital Castro Rend\u00f3n de Neuqu\u00e9n, Alejandra Farrell, se expres\u00f3 sobre la Red y los beneficios que tiene su asociaci\u00f3n con la telemedicina “se fortaleci\u00f3 la red de diagn\u00f3stico y derivaci\u00f3n, permitiendo un mejor conocimiento de los pacientes de la provincia”, adem\u00e1s reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo realizado durante la pandemia en teleasistencia: “no se suspendieron los turnos de cirug\u00edas y se mantuvo la continuidad de los controles con asistencia remota, evitando la circulaci\u00f3n innecesaria”.
