Palliative Care

This program seeks to improve the quality of life of terminally ill patients and their families. It is supported by Inbursa Foundation, the purpose of this program is to promote research and psychosocial care for people at the end of life in public and private institutions.

Results

Support has been provided to: 1,127 terminally ill patients and 1,494 family members.

Support has been provided to: 46 UNAM physicians to carry out their social service, along with an academic program, in the area of palliative care.

An online diploma course in palliative care is offered to health professionals.
